I don't have a problem myself with gluten. But I've run into a number of people who do. An internet video streaming personality talked about her usage of pills of a particular brand and success with those, when used as directed. I thought on that once, and did a quick search.
In any case, if you have problems with gluten, then maybe try some of the different pills. Just remember, in at least the one case when not used exactly as directed, have no effect at all, but do definitely work.
She actually talked about going to a party or something and using the pills with great success and the things she could enjoy eating. And, if I remember right, another story when she didn't take the pills in time, and suffered just as if she had not taken any.
